Apparently the Amazon is infested with trillions of arm biters just waiting below the surface for some dude who missed his afternoon banana. And if you pass out, well, prepare your arms for worms because YOU GONNA GET SOME WORMS. This guy will only be able to spend 5 minutes awake unless you get him the choicest of meats and fruits.
